Billing Rate

Our standard billing rate is $105 per hour.  We bill for the travel time to your location for on-site work, no travel charges apply to off-site work, obviously.

Accounting

Our accounting system is based on standard Open Item General Accounting procedures. Each invoice itemizes services and totals current service charges. We send out invoices every Saturday for all work performed during that week. Clients will also receive monthly statements that reflect the balance forward, recaps all charges and current aged balances. You can select the best payment method that suits your needs.

We make every effort to accommodate your specific accounting requirements and appreciate any input. Please pay promptly within 30 days to avoid any interest charges on the balance.

Overtime Policy
Any hours worked before 6:00 a.m., after 6:00 p.m., or on weekends will be billed at time and a half. Exceptions to the rule include jobs involving substantial downtime creating an unreasonable interruption in the client’s workday, such as file server upgrades; and jobs billed on a flat fee basis.
