When working with our customers, we promise to:

Do the Right Thing. It's our simple inherited motto, and guiding framework for all of the decisions we make and solutions we recommend.  Not much explanation needed, but if we say we can and will do something, we do.  If we recommend a solution to you, we will be almost certain that it's the best one for you.

Be Available.  When you need us, we are there.  Whether you call on us once a year, or once a day, at 3 in the morning or right in the middle of lunch time you can be sure that you can find someone when you need them... right NOW.

Be Prompt. We will make every effort to arrive at our appointments ON TIME and will call if running late before the scheduled appointment time. (Houston traffic can be unpredictable, after all)

Keep down time to a minimum. We completely understand the importance of keeping employees productive during business hours.  We will do everything in our power to get and keep your systems up and running when you need them to be.  And we will always schedule our work to maximize your productivity.

Keep detailed records. We keep track of all service calls by documenting the work performed for every client.

Prioritize appointments in a fair and just manner. Clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis. However, appointments may need to be rescheduled to accommodate emergencies. Please understand that appointments may have to be changed knowing that we will also drop everything for you when the time comes.

Be patient. Want to know exactly what is happening with your computer? We will advise you every step of the way and explain things as long as it takes; to be sure you understand what you want to know. Rather NOT know what’s going on? We won’t make your eyes glaze over with a long explanation unless you WANT to know.

Take feedback seriously. If you have concerns about the work performed, billing or other issues, please let us know. We want every opportunity to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

Take full responsibility. Nobody's perfect, sometimes mistakes happen. Fear not, if we cause a problem, we’ll fix it - on our nickel, not yours.
